What this covers

This policy covers information collected through this website, including its forms, booking calendars, and email list. Information you provide as an advisory client is handled under Desert Rose Capital Management’s privacy notice, which is delivered separately.

What I collect

Information you give me: your name, email address, phone number if you provide it, and anything you type into a form, booking page, or reply. Booking a call also records the appointment details and the page you booked from.

Information collected automatically: standard technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring source. This is used to understand traffic and keep the site working.

I do not ask for account numbers, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive financial details through this website. Please do not send them by web form or email.

Why I collect it

To reply to you, to schedule and confirm appointments, to send the newsletter and other communications you asked for, to keep records of the consent you gave, and to improve the site.

I record which page or pathway you came from — Wealth Strategies, Advisor Partnerships, AI Solutions, Speaking, the Build List — so that follow-up is relevant to what you were actually looking at.

Email communications

When you subscribe to the Build List, you are asking to receive the newsletter and related emails from me. That is a separate, affirmative choice — checking a box or submitting a subscribe form — and it is never assumed because you visited the site, booked a call, or sent a message.

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops marketing email and does not affect appointment confirmations, replies to your questions, or client service communications.

Appointment and transactional messages

If you book an appointment, you will receive confirmations, reminders, and any reschedule or cancellation notices for that appointment. These are service messages tied to the booking you requested.

Text messages

Text messaging is opt-in and separate from email. I only send text messages to a number when you have affirmatively agreed to receive them, and appointment-related texts are limited to the appointment you booked.

Marketing text messages require their own explicit consent and are never sent on the basis of a site visit, a form submission for something else, or an email subscription. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them and HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of any service.

How your information is stored

Contact records, consent records, forms, calendars, and email delivery run on my customer relationship management platform, which is a HighLevel-based system. That provider stores and processes this data on my behalf under its own security and privacy terms. Access is limited to me and anyone I authorize to support the business.

What I do not do

I do not sell your personal information. I do not rent or trade your email address or phone number. I do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing.

Information may be shared with service providers who operate the site and its systems on my behalf, with Desert Rose Capital Management where required for advisory or regulatory purposes, and where required by law or legal process.

Cookies and analytics

This site may use cookies and similar technologies for basic functionality and traffic measurement. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies. Blocking them may affect how parts of the site work.

Retention

Contact and consent records are kept while our relationship is active and afterward for as long as needed for legitimate business purposes and to satisfy recordkeeping obligations that apply to my industry.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any email. You can reply STOP to end text messages. You can ask me what I have on file for you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it, subject to any records I am required to retain.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and I do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date above will change with it. Material changes will be noted on this page.
